Hi, I’m Amber!

I’ve been a hairstylist for more than 25 years, and somewhere along the way I realized that doing hair was only part of what I love about this industry. I love people. I love making women feel seen and cared for, sharing what I’ve learned with other stylists, and helping someone recognize what they’re capable of.

My faith is at the center of my life. I love Jesus, and I'm incredibly grateful for the ways He continues to grow me and remind me to trust Him in every season. My faith is simply part of who I am and the life I'm trying to live every day.

One of my favorite devotionals I’ve ever walked through is Marshawn Evans Daniels’ 100 Days of Believing Bigger. The idea of believing bigger while being faithful with what’s already in your hands has stayed with me, especially as my career has

grown in ways I never expected.

For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of educating with Jack Winn Pro and helping other stylists grow behind the chair and beyond it. In 2026, I ranked #3 in the company in retail, was recognized as a Top 10 Team Leader, and received the Trailblazer Award.

One of my favorite moments wasn’t really about an award at all. I got to share a small idea that worked in my own business, something I was happy to teach to anyone who wanted it, and watch that little win becomes a much bigger WINN for other stylists. That’s the kind of success that means the most to me.

 

I’ve also had some pretty surreal moments along the way, including getting to sit with, talk to, learn from, and yes, hug Jack Winn himself. But as grateful as I am for every opportunity and accomplishment, the titles will never be the most important ones I carry.

My husband, Joey, is my person. I love doing life with him, and after all these years, I still genuinely like being around him. And then there’s our daughter, Everly, who brings a whole different kind of joy, laughter, and perspective to our lives.

​

At the end of the day, I’m a woman who loves Jesus, loves her family fiercely, loves this industry, and believes that when God gives you something good, you don’t have to keep it to yourself.

There’s room at the table for all of us to grow.
