DIGITAL CONSULTATION Before you ever sit in my chair, you'll receive a personalized digital consultation. This allows me to understand your hair history, current concerns, goals, lifestyle, and inspiration ahead of time -- so we start your appointment aligned, prepared, and stress free. No rushed conversations. No guessing/ Just clarity from the start.
PERSONALIZED WELCOME PACKET Once you're booked, you will receive a curated welcome packet outlining what to expect, how to prepare for your appointment, and how to get the most out of your visit. It's designed to remove uncertainty, answer common questions, and help you walk in feeling confident and excited (not awkward and unsure).
EXTENDED APPOINTMENT TIME New hair requires extra care -- and extra time. Your first visit includes intentionally reserved time for consultation, formulation, application, processing, and finishing. This ensures your color is customized properly, applied thoroughly, and never rushed. Quality over chaos, always.
EXTRA TIME & COLOR To ensure all your color needs are addressed & avoid the stress of “sticker shock“ from extra color fees, New Client Packages include additional time & products- allowing you come into the salon with pricing peace of mind & leave with a gorgeous, new look!
BLOW-DRY & FINISHED STYLE Every new guest appointment concludes with a professional blow-dry and finished style so you leave seeing (and feeling) the full result of your color. This also when I show you how your hair moves, reflects light, and responds to styling -- because your results shouldn't be a mystery.

Booking your appointment at Amber Salon is simple, thoughtful, and personalized from the very beginning.
When you request an appointment online, you'll receive a digital consultation form designed to gather your hair goals. preferences, and history. Once I've reviewed your form, I'll reach out by text or email for a brief consultation to ensure we're aligned and that the appropriate time and services are reserved for your visit.
After your appointment is approved, you'll receive an official booking confirmation through Vagaro. Approximately 72 hours before your appointment, you'll receive a friendly reminder with all the details you'll need -- including pricing, location, and parking information.
My goal is to make every step of the process easy, stress-free, and tailored to you, so you can feel confident, cared for, and excited before you ever sit in my chair.
